## 1. Reporting Rule Violations

**If no HWS staff are online during an incident, you are required to provide supporting evidence—**  
**screenshots are helpful, but videos are preferred.**

> _Reports submitted without evidence will be treated with limited support, as we cannot validate unsubstantiated claims._

### 🚫 False Accusations

If you submit a report that is proven to be intentionally false or misleading, **you** will face disciplinary action.

### ⚖ Incident Review Process

- Each report is evaluated **individually** and **impartially**.
- Action will be taken based on context, severity, and available proof.
- Reports involving **personal drama** or **non-rule-breaking conflicts** will be ignored.

## 2. Final Judgment Policy

HWS Staff are committed to ensuring fairness and maintaining a healthy community. Disciplinary decisions are based on what we determine to be in the best interest of the server and its players.

We do **not** enforce automatic bans for every rule infraction. Instead, we apply discretion, reviewing:

- Context of the violation
- History of the player involved
- Intent and impact of the incident

> While outcomes may not always seem “reasonable” from your perspective, they reflect what we believe is best for the broader community.

### ❌ No Negotiations

We will not entertain:

- Comparisons to other punishments
- Requests to re-judge finalized cases
- Attempts to influence the outcome through debate

> **HWS Staff have the final word on all disciplinary actions and investigation results.**

**@RexXxuS** places a premium on **honesty**.

> If you lie during an investigation, the consequences will be significantly harsher.

## 5. Important Disclaimer

Empyrion is not a AAA title. It is developed by a small team with limited QA resources, and multiplayer is **not** the game’s primary focus. As a result, players may encounter:

- Game-breaking bugs
- Unexpected item or structure losses
- Technical limitations that impact gameplay

This reality applies to **all** servers, including HWS.
