What happened:
=> All autominers wiped during Ceres Planet terrain wipe.

=> Many Op4 Faction Members who had autominers down on Ceres Planet

How can we help you now:
=> Please replace all lost autominers on Ceres. We were under the impression that because Ceres terrain can’t be mined, that our autominers would not be taken during weekly terrain wipe. Moving forward, we plan to place land claim devices at each deposit to prevent this from happening again.

sorry to hear about that “accident”.
The Ceres wipe was still in place from HWS 10-11 and was still requested by the owner.
I can’t restore them as well because they are stored in chunks and the content is not available in our database. I don’t even know how many.
But because of your ticket I stopped the reset of the planet for the future.
If the planet owner don’t want that, he can contact me again but for now you can place them down again.
