======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> I play with two toons, My main is bazslaz which owns a penthouse and is guild owner
My alt is Eomerr200. Bazslaz changed permission to the Pethouse to All but everytime Eomerr200 tries to teleport there it tosses him way out in space and says, You got warped becasue you are on a restricted playfield. How do I fix this? or is this a Bug?

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Around 5:40pm MST

On which Playfield?
=> ECC Residence

Structure Name(s)?
=> ECC Penthouse

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> 114129

How can we help you now?
=> How do I make it so my alt toon can come to my penthouse. I checked the box that says ALL so he should be able to come since he is in the same faction / guild

Welcome to HWS @Eomerr , hi @Bazslaz

I see. The reason was, that the penthouse was bought by your main account.
I didn’t know about Eomerr200.
I applied the ID you mentioned to him (private) now.
Keep in mind that there are no faction structures allowed, only private.

Sorry to bother you again Rex I think I confused you, I wanted to have my main account continue to own the Penthouse His name is Bazslaz. He can no longer access the Penthouse. My original ticket was to see if In ADDITION to Bazslaz if you could also add Eomerr200 my alt. If not then please make Bazslaz the Primary…
