Backpack poofed before timer was up

=> My backpack poofed before it’s timer was up, I have a video of it. Can either screen share it, or edit it and make a clip of it. Since it’s a 5 minute video 1.3 gigs.

Hey,

backpacks are not really a point we can help much.
Please always use CB:Time and not your local time!

I restored it for now, but usually we will not do it…

Oh, even if it appears to be some sort of bug? I just thought they aren’t supposed to disappear before the 15 - 20 minute timer? Just asking so I know not to make tickets about it in the future

Sadly no. Rather the bug needs to be fixed.
Because we can’t proof much in case of backpacks. So we just do it as a favor, but we have to prevent people exploiting it.
