Base got hacked by Zirax

What happened?
=> Zirax claimed my base, but left no Core block. So I can’t claim it back.

How can we help you now?
=> I need a core inside, to reclaim my base. I digged everywhere, but didn’t find a core.

It gives you an error message if you try to place your own core down.
If it’s telling you there is already a core then it’s there somewhere.

I’ve seen them place their own core over 100m away from my base before, and underground, in SP.

So it’s likely there somewhere. Unfortunately you’ll have to find it.

So I have to dig around? This can be anywhere on this Island …
The best thing would be, If an admin could double check this.

Well … I digged around the base area. Nevermind, I didn’t find anything in the underground. The area is so large compared to a little core, that it’s too much work to search for it.
I’ll start a new base now.

Could try using the structural integrity mode to see if it appears :slight_smile:

You’ll have to wait for an admin then.
Maybe they feel like looking into it, maybe not.

I just don’t want to get your hopes up because replacing cores on AI hacked structures isn’t really their job.

But who knows, perhaps a game bug happened. We’re not short on those at all. Lol

Yeah @ TwitchyJ, but if a game bug appears and NPCs don’t replace the core, you even can’t do anything. So it should be something, that admins might want to care about, too.

Both of us just busy.

Yes, a bug or coincidence happened where the AI set your base to Zirax faction and then put a core on the base. Maybe a chain reaction happened after that and their core got destroyed. Which means the base was set to Zirax but had no Core.
I had to put a Core myself with godmode invisible at your base and set it manually to your TDs faction.

Sorry also from my side. I saw it, but in the hurry and thinking Rex might know better, I forgot about it and did not check the list for open tickets the last days :expressionless:
