there’s a lot of missing information the admins need to help you. most especially which server you’re on and who you are. there are four servers with thousands of players. right now it’s very hard for them to assist

I figured this is your ingame name on RE EU.
The reason why it wasn’t applied automatically to you as it should, is, that the name did not match 100%.
