Bugged after CSW

What happened?
=> warped to eu. warped to HW pvp system sun bottom. loading screen. my player (but not my ships) are somehow transfer to blackhole??? and I died somehow? My ships are still at homeworld system sun but now im stuck at blackhole system looooll.
