noticed this last season. have to be on the right side of the cockpit to buy omni.

It can be really touchy about the exact spot you need to be.

In the future, before buying it, type ts:price
It will show you the price and name of the nearest ship to you. If it doesn’t show the ship you want then you aren’t in the correct place for that ship.

Good point!
It is also listed in the garage rules, signs and if you do a ts:buy.
