Cannot access discord

What happened?

I tried to access discord but i cannot, I have been assured the link on the page works, i have been working with discord support and they asked me to
verify this info-
ould you ask the server admin to double-check the following?

• That at least one text channel is visible to @everyone.
• That there are no bans or restrictions (including IP bans) that might affect you.
• That the invite link is set to never expire and has unlimited uses.

I tried to access this forum via discord authentication, however that failed with message authentication failed. My discord id is Ack6833, i have never been on the hws discord.

I am new to discord, i did have an issue where it asked for my phone number then it created a new account for me, i ended up having to jump through some hoops to delete it,
perhaps that was the problem. I literally have no other servers (i was on no mans land empyrion server for awhile).
What steps should I take to resolve this?
