Cannot loging into game while in mission

After everything finished on loading (after 100% structure) and there was 0.5s in game and got out to main menu (Texts on main menu are over lapping for like 10s)

btw i got taxed for like 74000 while i can’t get into game T_T is there anyway to get these money back?
