Cannot see Alien Tech HV Laser Turret in Adv. Constructor list

What happened?
=> I have purchased the Ls Charge II HV ammo and the HV Laser Turret under the alien tech research tree. I am able to see the ammo in the constructor, but I cannot see the turret.

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Honestly I am not sure when I bought the tech item. Somewhere between 1-2pm on 8/31

How can we help you now?
=> Should I be seeing the turret in my adv constructor list? Or is there a secret place you have to go to craft alien tech? I’m just not sure if I’m broken or need to do some exploration / research?

Laser turret hv i think it is, its an option when you go to place it, right click to open up the menu. I made the same question not too long ago

I’m not really sure what you mean? Can you explain further?

In the advanced constructor I can see all of the alien tech items, even the items that are still locked, except for the Laser Turret HV. It isn’t in the constructor list to be built.

Right, because they are under the plasma turret for HV. Similar to how Base Plasma and Lasers are under the same turret.
