Cannot vote on hws due to (The Steam Web API has returned an error)

What happened:
Trying to vote on HWS and keep getting this error message. The Steam Web API has returned an error. I feel that this not a problem on your part but an issue on my side. I am just not sure how to resolve it. I have looked for the same issue in community and have not found any. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

I think ur getting this on the voting site itself? empyrion-servers.com?
this happens to me from time to time too… I believe it’s from their side and not much u can do except try again later…
