=> my husband and I play on HWS NA. He is a patreon, I tried to be a patreon and it accepted our money but when I try to connect it says account already connected and says something about a ban.

=> We purchased the game twice and use separate steam accounts and emails but patreon or your server must go by IP address. What can be done and If nothing can we get our money back and not get banned.

It might also help if you use separate browsers to connect, or incognito mode or whatever. It’s likely some kind of caching issue.
