many moving parts not like traditional missions. PDA checkpoints do not work with missions objectives in the dialogue system. PDA is waypoints only. you will need to read the dialogue and continue where is says. what is the last objective you completed?

At the end i just checked all out to just get rid of the shit in my pda! So most likely ill loose the last star fragment.

no guys, you just have to dive in the water and solve the Underwatercity Quests Go to the WaterMan and check every NPC there. They give you missions

PDA has nothing to do with Dialogues. I said already.
You can click click click and set all checkbox to green
But Dialogue you have to play

perhaps the manual checking should be removed from this mission. we now know it is not “bugged.” the community can assist anyone stuck. i plan on making a detailed guide with pictures very soon to avoid further confusion.

also may be a good idea to remove the closet from behind the fisherman. he is easy to miss as the waypoint is on the other side of the closet.
