CPU bridges/matrix's disappeared from factory

What happened?
=> Lost set of CPU upgrades placed in factory. Recycled a ship by hand and placed the CPU extender set in my factory. Printed new ship, that didn’t have the extenders in blueprint, factory now shows 0 large optronic matrix/bridges.
