=\> fix it please. Refund for a week offline chatbot (eb:interest, events participating…),

If you had the issue a week ago, why not make a ticket until now then???

When you join whatever server you were trying to join, did you move? That is very important.

Hey,
a week ago is a bit late to check and fix anything.
I activated you on EU again.
But I can’t give you anything for it.
If you don’t play often and have no time for a ticket, then you also don’t have time to use the chatbot or participate in any event anyhow.
