# CSW made game crash upon entering RE EU, lost player inventory and entire toolbelt items (voidium drill/origin gun)

=\> CSW made game crash upon entering RE EU, resulting in the lost of my entire player inventory (replacable but worked for it ) and entire toolbelt items including a brand new intact voidium drill(very costy to replace) , and my dealer origin gun (could get another one from Ecc at worstā¦ )

=\> well like i mentionned after each āmissing thingsā between those (ā¦) if you can restore the inventory and toolbelt that would be awesome , but if all canāt be restore , could i at least get the voidium drill back , i have some spare stuff to replace items/weapons , but its not like i got blown up or something ā¦ the pop up : continue, continue n mail, mail and quit , kept returning after i click continueā¦ waiting for server to catch up but gave me a blank hud and game frozeā¦ had to close GeForce Now Session to relaunch the game which occured after server restart at 00:00 š im just unlucky with server issues these last weeks

Hi, @Korgul.
Youāre not unlucky. In this case, the reason is that you use GeForce NOW. Itās not officially supported by Eleon.
Therefore itās a lot more likely to cause bugs, which is also why we in our [āWill you recieve help?ā](https://forum.empyrion-homeworld.net/t/read-first-will-you-receive-support-yes-or-no/72) documentation have the following:

So, sorry, we canāt help here. Iād highly advise you to play Empyrion directly from Steam. Then we can help for future bugs (which become a lot less common for you).

didnt know that but my laptop is limit overheating when playing it at ultra low settings . but all good i,ve replace most of my stuff and credits . thanks for checking it
