CV repair by advanced repair bay failed, resources gone

What happened?
=> Repaired CV at BA. Every attempt lasts about 26mins. Resources used, ship not repaired and has some blocks that look as added by the repair process but I cannot be completely sure. Previous repair attampt completed, didn’t ate resources and didn’t fix the ship. Tried reloging, game restarts, moving ship, removing all ships from vicinity and inside.

How can we help you now?
=> Easiest probably to revert CV to last saved state, or info what is wrong and why is my ship not fixed and resources dissapearing. Some of them are advanced system upgrades, so not cheap and can’t be manufactured.

“solved” by repairing at polaris station, so I eighter close the ticked immedieately or reimbuse 1M for repairs and close the ticket, your choice

Unfortunately nothing we could do about it in the first place, sorry.
But yes, the Station Services are a good idea.

Any chance for reimbusement for the service? It quite literally ate all the money I had in game and then some, had to transfer from HWS bank.

Since we have no logs of all of that we can’t do it, sorry.
