Daily Loot showing received but not recovering

What happened?
=> Daily loot is showing recieved on player dashboard but it is not being recovered. I tried using the cb:startjobs command and moving around but still not getting the loot. This is on the HWS RE EU server. I also posted a screenshot and description of the problem on Discord HWS Patrons Channel

in hws connect open the daily loot window and click on the one that’s not working. Sometimes it will be clickable and push it thru

Yeah, no luck there.

I see the loot picking up, when you play.
But regarding your Discord screenshot, queued loot of 9 months: it can only be processed when you actively play.
That it’s displayed in your Dashboard is not helpful and we try to get it fixed.
