Nothing we can instantly check or say about it.
Most of the time your base had no energy, it was too cold, toggled power on/off, etc.
BUT sometimes it is a bug we reported already to the Devs.

I was having the same issue on my space station in Freelancer Space NA. I had a room with two sets of 36 plants. In both set 18 of the plants died on the right side of the room. What I discovered was I had a pair of furnaces under one side, and a gravity device under the other side. In both cases.
