Does Blackhole wipe at Daily Reset or just cb:nextwipe shown time?

There is confusing reports from long time players that BlackHole space wipes at the daily reset. However as example today cb:nextwipe said 6h till next blackhole wipe.

Which is correct?

Cb:nextwipe is correct. Anything else is a misinformed individual.
