Donated, but HWS Connect does not recognize the donation

Hello support team,

i “bought” one of the donation-packs on sunday, but until now HWS Connect says that i haven´t done any donation.
I donated for the EU server. Because I don´t know which information you require to help me solving my problem let me know wich information I have to provide you.

Thank you very much and sorry that it didn’t come through faster.
I activated it straight away but maybe because of the tool overload it didn’t check.

It should be active ingame now and in 15 minutes on HWS Connect.
