Donated but not received the package i paid for

Hi i bought the 10 euro package yesterday (HWS Donator) and have not received anything in game such as the level 5 OCD etc. Can someone be so kind as to see why this may be.

Just wait a bit the server admins must be sleep right now because the hour times and they must activate it.
