Economy description doesn't seem to match racom locations

What happened:
=> The sina sector shows an economy of ‘Unpromising’, yet, after a decent amount of time search, I could not find a racom there. The PDA states that the sectory descriptions give hints to find racom and i’ve seen other documentation that indicates this as well.

How can we help you now:
=> Explain to me if i’m understanding the descriptions correctly and should assume that everytime I see one of the economy descriptions in a sector / planet, that there will be a corresponding racom in that area.

Also - love the trading system and the vendors. Really great feature!

This season is indeed not accurate. Time was missing to implement it properly.
It will be all working and even improved in HWS 12.
