With this feature, you can recycle entire vessels and recover up to **90%** of your materials—depending on your **EGS Recycle Level** —and even perform recycling **from anywhere** at higher upgrade tiers.

📖 PDA: Navigate to **Guide \> HWS Commands**  
💬 Chat: Type `egs:?` to list all available commands  
Or use **Recycle** / **Recycle to OCD** in the **Manage** menu of the structure on HWS Connect \> [Structure Commander](https://forum.empyrion-homeworld.net/t/structure-commander/6236), and **Upgrade your EGS Recycle Level** on [HWS Connect → Elemental Galactic Services](https://connect.empyrion-homeworld.net/re/egs)

📌 Primary Command:

You must be in a **Recycle Zone** unless your Recycle Level allows remote use.

## 🆙 EGS Recycle Upgrade Levels

Each level unlocks more benefits:

- Better **recovery percentages**
- Cheaper **recycle cost**

## 🗺 EGS Recycle Zones

To recycle a structure, you must be inside a **Recycle Zone** (unless your level allows global access).

### 📍 Main Recycle Locations

- **ECC Sector** , above the ECC Planet — _(Primary Recycle HQ)_

## 🏠 Create Your Own Recycle Zone

You can create a personal Recycle Zone around a base structure via a **Supporter Package**.

### Command:

```auto
do:recz:id

```

Replace `id` with your **Base ID** , found via:

- HWS Connect \> [Structure Commander](https://forum.empyrion-homeworld.net/t/structure-commander/6236) (Structure ID column)
- or type `di` in-game console

### 📌 Notes:

- Recycle Zone size: **50x50x50** around your core
- Must be on a **PvE** playfield
- Shouldn’t overlap other zones (e.g., OCD Zone)
- **Anyone** can use your zone (not restricted to owner or faction)
- Recycle Zones are **consumable** and **not permanent** if the base is deleted
- You can **stockpile and deploy** multiple zones at any time

## ℹ General Info & Mechanics

- 💡 Items recovered go to:
  - **Devices** → Your **backpack** , if space allows
  - **Blocks + Overflow devices** → Your **OCD** , if there’s room

- 🧹 Great for cleaning up old ships and freeing class size
- ♻ Encouraged for both PvE and PvP players
- 🔄 Prevent unnecessary ship clutter and improve server performance
