EU Character Refresh

What happened:
=>Cross server warped from NA -> EU and back. Now if I login to EU I can’t issue any chatbot commands as it says my character is on NA. CSW is currently unreliable so I would like to have separate characters.

Hey,

I removed the flag on EU. You can play there again.
If you decide to have two sepparate characters, just make sure not to warp again via CSW, since it would overwrite the other one.
Hopefully the patch tonight will fix the current issues.
