EU side not collecting auto interest

What happened:
=> I believe I’m suppose to get auto interest on both servers, I’m from the NA server, but when I checked my bank on EU side it wasn’t collecting interest on my 50mil, I’ve been off for months do to computer issues, so I’m not sure what I’m missing.

=> if possible can u activate my bank interest on EU. The NA server is working for me as intended. No need to reimburse the amount missing just like to know their both setup. Thanks

You need to do a command. I’m not 100% expert, but i believe if you write co:? and co:info, then it should tell you what you need to do.

Ya I tried that, it looks like it’s something that has to be activated by rex

Also my OCD feature in the market place isn’t working, where u can buy an item and put it in the OCD or sell an item from ur OCD. It does work on the NA side though

Donations aren’t linked to both servers. They only count for 1 server.

Hey @IgoSolo

the reason for that was that Patron benefits were not setup for EU until now.
Once a Patron do a CSW, they should please contact us.
Until HWS Connect v5, this is a manual process done by Jascha or me.

It’s active now.
