Fighter CV is stuck in the air and cannot be flown

What happened:
=> My Fighter CV (Razor) was docked to my mobile CV base. After an issue, the CV base vanished, but was returned to me in a different location, and my miner CV remained where it used to be docked to my mobile CV base. Now, I cannot fly, or move my miner CV no matter what I try. Also, it is stating there is a not docked ship on it, which may be causing the issue where there is no ship anywhere near it.

Hey,

I would need the ID of the docked ship.
But you can also try to use the destroy command for the docked vessel and then I can restore it.

Restored them, but I think they had no fuel.
