hello, i am having exactly the same problem, i’ve clicked the leaves (in random order) and got the checkmarks for each… i may have clicked the same lever more than once (returning it to green always though) the door opens and i can go inside but no check mark for completed…
i even tried closing the door from inside and using the lever on the inside to open it… did not trigger completion either…
