The Tutorial planets have no EGS:spawn zone. That’s what the tutorial is for, where you can build an SV by yourself. Maybe he doesn’t have the tutorial active or is too impatient to play it?
If he want to have that spawnable SV from HWS, he just needs to use a teleporter in the Clone Academy to the Journey Planet. There are five teleporters to Journey.
The whole Journey planet is an EGS:spawn zone, so it should be possible for him to spawn the SV there.
Whats journey? I saw nine pistons that led to teleporters to planets, as well as I think four special teleporters to missions(I never did). which of those are the journey planets?
All of them.
