you have 1500+ hours in HWS, so I think you overall know how things work.
The Idea of the Heaven System and the RP restricted planets is simple:
Make it fun for everyone, address every need.
And Jascha explained to you already last time:
You have to leave Mars!. This planet is for players who do not care about our HWS Features but want a nice PvE planet they can live on.
It’s for new players.
You have obviously more ambitions on HWS, hence you have to recycle your base now and move on to more permanent planets.
It is all written in our guide, so you can read it up again if you are unsure.
The last time I set your RP to 499 again, so you can stay on Mars but any additional RP gain and you are out again. I also restored your Epic weapons for now.
I also warped you to your base. Once you are done, I can give you a +50RP boost again for those reverts.
