HWS Connect+ 6.14.0 Changelog
The Structure Viewer imports many more kinds of 3D models, in colour and with smoother hulls. HWS Residences are now set up automatically right after you buy one, and the Com Center has a new Inbox for messages from the HWS team.
Structure Viewer: 3D model hull import, now in colour
Import 3D model hull (HWS Master+) now reads STL, PLY, GLB and self-contained glTF models. A model with vertex colours, material colours or a colour texture paints the hull with up to 32 of its own colours (Use model colours, on by default). Hulls fit much more smoothly, with fewer spikes and steps, and can be as big as the game allows: 250 blocks per axis.
- Fit hull shapes now picks from 31 hull shapes besides the cube (slopes, corners, ramps, walls…). Shape set: All available (default), Basic (cube, half block, slope, corner), or pick the shapes yourself.
- Fine is the new default fitting quality.
- The model is converted on the HWS server: the dialog counts the seconds and you can cancel. Model files up to 100 MB; compressed meshes and .gltf files that reference separate files are refused with a hint on how to export them.

Residence: set up automatically, plus your new Inbox
Buying an HWS Residence on Support Us no longer waits for an admin: a free copy of your version is set up for you right away, and your new Inbox tells you its coordinates. A version with no free copy left on a server is marked sold out on this server.
- Buying again while your Residence is active pays it ahead for more seasons. After each season reset you get your version again by itself, and the Inbox tells you where.
- If a Residence can’t be set up automatically, the Inbox says so and RexXxuS sets it up by hand. No ticket needed.
- Inbox: messages from the HWS team now appear at the top of the Com Center, in your site language. The envelope right of your Steam picture shows a red dot while a message is unread and takes you to it. Opening a message marks it read, or use Mark all read. With browser notifications on, you also get a push.

Fixes
- HWS Trader: items without a stack size (e.g. Hydroponics Bay (Pentaxid)) were priced and sent as amount 1, whatever you entered. The price now follows the amount, and the package carries the amount you asked for.
