Screenshot shows you are not in HWS Connect itself in the first place.
Clear your browser cache / use a different browser / try CTRL + SHIFT + N and go here:

Can’t reproduce it on my end.

Guess clearing the cache and leaving it sit for an hour made it work… dunno, it ain’t broke anymore.
