HWS Elite not receiving OAM overflow in OCD

What happened:
=> HWS Elite Member, OAM is maxed and overflow is supposed to go automatically into my OCD and it is not. My understanding is that with that membership level it should.

Player(s) with issue:
=> territorialbrewer

Server:
=> EU and NA

Time (cb:time):
=> current

Playfield:
=> ECC

Structure Name(s):
=> n/a

Structure ID(s):
=> n/a

How can we help you now:
=> losing mined ores by the second. This has been happening since I started my membership.

Yes. I went through the new registration process

Did you use the co:command to initiate the overflow? I think it is co:on:amo

You did not activate it.

Just check out the co: commands what you can activate/deactivate
