A faction mate and I were touring the HWS Garage Showroom and found that if you go to visit the Penthouse/Residence buildings it is not possible to get back up to the main floor/ramp without boosters.
Also the elevator on the other side of map is blocked off by window blocks so you cannot utilize the elevator either
