hm nothing was recieved by the tool.
@Hayawen , could you check your logs. Could it be maybe the character in his name that caused trouble? Or was my service not responding?

I would add the package now manually. Sorry for the trouble

yes indeed it was the | in the name… should be fixed now from hws connect side now!
