I can’t access my base disconnect

What happened?
=> When I approach my database, the message disconnecting from the server appears. After I log back on the server and my character was doused for 5 minutes. Again, I approach or fly up to the base, the same thing happens. If I approach or fly up to the base less than 200 meters away, it disconnects from the server.
