I cannot Play

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> After cb:reset and changing to Federation at Game Start the Connect to the Server timed out. I can not Play HWS Emyprion becaus the Game do not start. My Profile Page on the HWS Web Page says I am Freelancer and there are no changes after cb:reset

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)
=> Hato

Server? (EU or NA)
=> EU

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 20:10

On which Playfield?
=> Freelancer Start Planet

Structure Name(s)?
=> in the Structure Commander is a Ship but i have resettet???

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> i can not enter the Game

How can we help you now?
=> is there any Mistake with my Profile?

hm try again after the server restarted and try to delete the cache once again.
the game seems to hold some connections even though your player was deleted/reset already
