What do you mean that you canā€™t log in? Can you please send us a screenshot of what you see. And did you try to restart your game?

I connect to other servers without any problems. I select your server, click ā€œConnect,ā€ and the splash screen changes to say ā€œConnecting to server.ā€ The connection indicator spins endlessly, but thereā€™s no connection to the server. I waited for 20 and 30 minutes, but there was no connection.

Did you try to restart your game as I asked above?

As far as I can see, a player by the name ā€œTop M-03ā€ has never been online on neither HWS+ EU nor HWS RE EU, so either the name is wrong or youā€™ve never actually reached the server.
If itā€™s the latter, you could also try to enable a VPN if you have one, or if you already have one, try to disable it.
