=> I had just bought 23-25 ​​robotics from the Polaris electronics factory and they were stuck in the connected checkout bar, the server was restarted and they no longer appear. I’ve been searching through all the checkouts and I can’t find them

Hey, @capitantan.

The connected toolbar is a pretty badly implemented game feature, and any abrupt disconnect of it, will almost certainly cost you whatever you had in it. We also don’t really have any logs over it, so therefore I would recommend to always disconnect it when you’re not using it “here and now”. If you have anything important in it, start recording.
A video of the loss is good enough evidence for us in most cases.

As a one-time exception, I’ll take your word for it, and return your items next time I notice you offline. Next time we need a video :slight_smile:

I guess there will be some log that I have been there and bought from the merchant. Anyway, I appreciate it.

The problem is that we can’t see what happened to the items. If you lost them to a bug, or gave them to your friend, or something else, those will be difficult for us to differentiate between.
Therefore we have the policy I explained above :slight_smile:

But no problem, and happy new year to you also. I put them in your inventory now.
