I lost two ships,during the holiday period

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened:
=> I was on vacation between 12-23 this month.I understood that for 15 days the structures are not lost,but my capital ship and a Sv was deleted.The base is ok.This are in Sanctuary System,in space.Something can be done in this regard?

First of all you’d have to provide name and ID of the CV and SV. You can find that by going to HWS Connect -> Structure Commander.

Second, then they last 15 days after they were last touched. You have to actually stand on the base. Not accessing, but touching.

Thank you Dr.Dark for replay! ID CV is 3645875 (Black_Arrow) and ID for SV is 8931814 (Yang_V10).Ships was touch in 11 August ,one day before holiday .After my reckoning,26 it was the last day I could log in without losing items.
