I need help please allways mission dealer bug (ECC orbit Raccon/Freelancer)

How can we help you now:
=> telling me why i can never have these mission dealer (i stay more than 2mn next to him , go away and back , log off and on but nothing happen …)

dunno why but this time after 10mn near the mission dealer and a log off/on he give me the quest … will try tomorrow again hope it’s fix srry for disturb
