What happened?
=> At some point, my CPU Extender either disappeared from my cargo container or disappeared from constructor with no materials refunded.

=> At some point between 18:30 and 22:35 21/1/2026. I just went to install the device and I cannot find it anywhere, nor can I find any materials got refunded.
On which Playfield?

Did you have it in your connected toolbar at some point? Any abrupt disconnect of that will cause whatever you had in it to disappear.
Also, please check that you don’t have a deconstructor assigned to the container where you put your item.
If your base was faction-owned, make sure to ask your faction-members if they took it.
Overall, this is unfortunately not really something we can help with. I can almost guarantee you that stationary items in containers do not magically disappear
At least I have never seen it happen across thousands of tickets ^^ Similar tickets to your occasionally come, and typically it’s one of the above-mentioned reasons or someone misplacing the items.
I was never connected to the output nor was my deconstructor pointed at the output box at any point. I am the only member of my faction so it wasn’t taken by anyone. The only oddity that occurred was the extra server restart earlier today.
I have triple checked all cargo containers and where the constructor was pointed. I understand you can’t help, but it legitimately disappeared with no explanation. I will recoup the loss, but I guess want it noted in case there are further issues seen. I appreciate your time and the quick reply.
Since you checked everything and mostly ruled out the examples from my message, I’ll return the item to you as a one-time exception, as it sounds important to you.
Next time I notice you offline (tomorrow at earliest) I will put it in your inventory.
