Further info- everything I spawned in that space has disappeared. There is no registry for the sector either.
Also, My SV has disappeared as well. Well to be exact- two SVs and one base as well

sorry for the issues. Playfield is corrupt. Ignore the old strucutres on those playfields
I warped you and restored all structures in Federation HQ Sector (even your base, since I can’t check ingame fo a good spot). This way you have access to it until the wipe
