=> EAC is not starting through steam I think that’s the problem, I have tried uninstalling , reinstalling , deleting , verifying cache , when i launch the game and ctrl alt del theres no EAC process, in settings "start with eac = true "

There is not really much that can be suggested here as to why EAC is having such issues as thats more a dev side with Eleon itself, I do know that Rex tried to change some things to make Server communication better
have you tried logging on to other servers to see if the problem is specific to HWS or all Servers?
there has been known issues with a couple of playfields on HWS, do you happen to remember which playfield you were last on? There is the potential that moving your character to another area might let you log in.
