not familiar with any package like this. was this a supporter package, marketplace item, or HWS trader package? a screenshot would be helpful.

there is a Read me button on each one that tells you the command to use

Do you mean “Instant Unlock Points 10000”??
But either way, it’s as Bob said. You have to click on the big orange “READ ME FIRST” button in the support page; that’ll explain how you get the package you bought.
