I need help please - glitched into Alliance Space

What happened: Logged into server and found myself floating in space, looks like it’s the Alliance starter system from the map. Found a SV labeled “Free Ship” and a “Help Here” pad with constructor. Can’t warp out of the system or even connect to other systems. Stuck…
