changing your steam name has no impact on HWS Connect.
All you have to do is to login to HWS and play for at least 5 minutes. The data will be synced by then.

Thank you @RexXxuS , this morning, I was in-game more than 5 minutes, but for the daily loot, it was still started at the beginning, but it’s not a problem, it’s a gift, I can start again

daily loot was reset today for everyone, it’s not just you.
it’s supposed to reset every 28 days regardless of how many boxes looted…
