What do you mean with Stuck? Did you try to reach it?
I tried to warp it near you.
You can get the Structure ID in HWS Connect btw…

Thank you for your help! Sorry for the duplicate ticket! I warped out of Xardale and I noticed at some point my HV was missing. So I went back… Connect showed that the HV was on Xardale so I made a waypoint of its location which was in the center of top north… When I got there, there was nothing, it appeared to be 60 or 70 m beneath the surface. I tried using “getshiphere” and accessing the control panel thru connect… no luck, says I needed to be closer. I wasn’t able to get close enough to access control panel to retrieve ID. I will log in soon here and try again. Thank you for your help.
