I’m not sure why HWS Connect doesn’t register your vote.
Can you inside HWS Connect try spamming Ctrl + Shift + R a few times? Then see if that brings back the Claim Reward button, in your last screenshot.
my friend Byrkeland had the same problem for 14 days then the problem was gone and he could vote
i tried the ctrl shift r nothing happens i think the problem is google chrome we dont get to see the window with claim reward button and i cant use steam browser it says cant connect to server ive used steam browser last season and it worked fine then but thats probaly a steam issue
It’s best to use a real browser, and not Steam’s browser or the ingame one.
@RexXxuS, do you have any ideas why he can’t claim his vote reward?

Yes we are 3 people on the network and we all play on re eu together and we only have 1 Steam acc each
My friend byrkeland could not vote last season but the last days beford wipe the problem went away by itself and he could vote me and my other friend could vote every day
There is your reason then. I figured this because I saw your screenshot:
The vote website has rules against this.
One IP address = 1 vote.
nothing we can do about that 3rd party terms of service.
Why could 2 of u’s vote last season without problem my 2 friende Can vote this season but i cant the last 2 days of last season we could all vote
So i dont Think that thats the problem cause we all voted last season and Got rewards
And when i check the ip address on the computers it shows different ip adress for all of us
And the picture u sent was the Third try the first time i tried it Said thank you for voting but No reward Button and none of my friende had voted yet
Local IP addresses are always different. For example 192.168.2.2.
But if you are all in one Network, it’s impossible that you have a different public IP address. Unless one of you are using a VPN.
This is maybe the reason why it worked last season.
Or someone of you voted with your mobile network, which is also a way of voting …
All I can say is that the 3rd Party service has rules against voting with more users from 1 IP address. If it then worked or not worked is either a feature or a bug but should not be seen as granted.
Also, I really have no influence of it.
We work with the API from that website. And if the website returns a false back to us, we can only work with that.
thats ok man tried to vote today and we could all vote and we all got the reward thank you for the help

tip for people sharing internet connection: use cellular data to vote. it has a different external IP as long as you’re not on the same Wi-Fi network…
